For Lenders

We take our role and responsibilities very seriously.

Every appraiser is verified. Their professional licenses, FHA Certification and Error & Omission Insurance documents are checked and held on file. When an appraiser joins our roster, their first files are reviewed for USPAP compliance; going forward files are reviewed at random.

Once an appraiser passes our quality control process, they are assigned orders based on a combination of there professional specialization, geographic proximity to the subject property and historical performance metrics.

Our system is designed to keep you compliant with the Dodd-Frank legislation, the FHA’s Mortgage Letters, the Truth in Lending Act, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Appraiser Independence Requirements. The National Credit Union Association does not yet require it, but prefers the use of a third party appraisal management company to select, retain and compensate the appraiser.

Every order we process comes with a Home Valuation Code of Conduct Compliance Certificate; every order processed is done according to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

UAD is standard on all files. We upload reports to the UCDP on your behalf and provide the Successful Submission Reports from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Reports, SSRs, Invoices and HVCC Certificates are all available at one location, by logging into the order on our secure website. We resubmit files as necessary, whenever a revision makes it necessary.

If you have the names of appraisers that have done good work for your company in the past, continue it in the future. We build a custom Appraiser Panel just for you. Your custom Real Estate Appraiser Panel will contain Real Estate Appraisers approved by your investors, that you can be confident in.
